As always, Juan was fantastic! We bought a new vehicle had an issue with the fuel filler door. Juan and the service foreman were able to quickly identify the problem and expedite the delivery and installation of the part. We have purchased several vehicles from Corwin Ford and the folks are always fantastic to work with!

I tried to reach customer service for over two hours to find out if the car was done . No one answered the phone or returned my messages. To make matters worse, no one called to let us know the car was done. I just happened to look at my phone to see a text message about the car. Additionally, after we got the car home we noticed some black spots on the seat. It would have been nice if more than one service person could have released our car to us.
Sales went fine.
Corwin came to our home and performed three recall fixes in an hour and a half. Great work.
Tina was terrific with helping us resolve the sunroof issues, completing recall issues, and recommended maintenace.

We had to leave the car as we paid for a package deal too seal the car inside and outside. we had to bring it back as they didn't do what we paid for. They did not even put gas in it? There were a few minor things like the case for the owners manual.
Excellent communication, fast service and fair market pricing. I’ll go back for all of my repair/maintenance needs from now on. I was truly blown away by the level of service from Corwin.

The point to point inspection was never done. My battery was 8 years old and tested bad and they sad it was good. My tires were never rotated. I just hope they really did my transmission fluid flush properly as I was never able to really see the old oil or even check it now because I have a CVT transmission. Pretty disappointed with paying $1100 for my oil change and hopefully changing the transmission fluid. I ask for the inspection and it was very poorly done. The overall service was very good but surprised the truck was not washed. Lube service and inspections at other dealerships for my other vehicles include a wash.
Had my car serviced for some irritated issues and Corein accommodate right a way and fix in afew days after the diagnosis was completed and problem were found and part were ordered for repairs. They found other issues, notify me and repaired those issues as well. Great service and the customer service personnel were great and informative

Disappointed in Corwin Ford of Tri Cities. I bought the Red Corvette from them last week. And I was not allowed to test drive the car, only one spin around the dealer. When I got on the freeway, I noticed it was not driven straight. When the steering wheel centered, the car would go to the right and plus the engine air filter replacement reminder popped up (proof in the last pic). Did a good job servicing my F-150 while I waited
Had a screeching metal on metal noise in my front left wheel. Figured it was something like a rock. They looked at it, and for them it didn't make the noise. They still pulled off the wheel, blew out my calipers and rotor and checked to make sure the pads and rotor were good. All good, very quick and pleasant.Jessie In Quicklane was great. Communicated with me by text and let me know when my car was done!
Second time I’ve bought a car here and Zayne does a good job not being pushy and getting to the point.

Could do better. Communication is ok, good tools to keep customer up to date but advisor may be too overworked or busy. Last experience was not the best but got it taken care of after the second visit to figure out the problem.

Bought used truck. All was said to work. Traveled to city out of area and went to rent a trailer. Hooked to trailer and plug did not work.would not rent me a trailer. Had to pay for 1/2 of bill. Because it was past 30 days. Should not have had to pay at all. The issue was I did not run home after purchase and check trailer connection. But who does that?
I have to say it’s been a while since I have had excellent customer service! The staff at Corwin Ford were amazing from Dylan, our sales person to the other support staff. Everything was seamless and thorough.

Journey Dewey is always helpful. She called the service plan provider, arranged the service, and she even arranged for our car to be delivered back to our house. Most of the time, I do my own service, but if I have a service plan and an option, I'll choose to go through Journey.

The service was good, but the cost for a key replacement was outrageous. $300 would have been a reasonable price, but $550 was well above what was reasonable.

Journey helped us figure out an issue with our F150. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Service was only 20 minutes to replace spark plugs, but it was $100 less than estimate. Counter service was just adequate, nothing special with just a hand me the receipt and the usual “ there you go” without a thanks for your business. I did get a have good rest of the day.
My experience here at Corwin was wonderful. Candido went above and beyond with helping me find the right car for me. Brenden did such an amazing job helping me finance the right amount with trade in and new car payment. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. We really liked our sales person, Justin. Really good guy. Helped every step of the way in completing our purchase and pickup of our used 2022 GMC Yukon Denali. We drove in from Portland area to finalize purchase, and Justin was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our need to turnaround promptly for our long drive back to Portland. Definitely would use Corwin again if we were in the area and they had the kind of vehicle we needed.
The technicians and staff were helpful and efficient, and completed the work in less time than estimated.
Communication can be improved - I was not informed on when my car was ready and the web portal displayed a higher total price than when I paid in person. They also don’t show the cost upfront so I was surprised my oil change cost more than $100.
