Took care of me when other shops would not. I'll be back for years to come now because of that! I had the full works and had a spray nozzle changed out along with my wipers. Took half a day if that.

I purchased an approximately 1 year old Expedition Max from Corwin Ford Tri Cities. My salesman was Zayne. I purchased from approximately 200 miles away and met in the middle to pick up the vehicle. The service department & shop crew are amazing! After blowing a part in our pick-up on our drive from Oregon to Idaho, we were desperate to find a new part. They were so kind & helped replace the part in the 90* sun. We are so grateful, and are now back on the road! Highly recommend!!
We had a great buying experience at Corwin Ford. Jessy, our sales associate, did a phenomenal job and made the whole transaction easy and actually fun! The dealership did a super job inspecting, detailing, and prepping our Mustang. There were no high pressure sales tactics or shenanigans. Financing process was quick and easy as well. They had me out of there in 3 hrs and I am so very happy with the truck we got and feel like we got a good deal.

If you have to get your vehicle serviced make sure you see Tina at the service desk. Tina and her crew of technicians are great and honest. My truck came in for a slew of issues and the technicians broke down each repair and what parts were needed.
They were not about just taking money out of my pocket just to get on to the next repair.
I will definitely come back for future repairs and will refer them to others who need help with their vehicles.

I found the spring clips on the engine air filter housing were not fastened allowing air to bypass the filter. I found the two screws that secure the access cover on the cabin air filter were not replaced and are missing. Makes me wonder what else is wrong with my vehicle when the mechanics cannot get the little stuff right.
The guys at quick lane always take great care of us. We will always come back.
Had to have a recall work done on my sunroof. Journey set up date snd time and the boys came to my residence and did the job in the hot sun!
Probably one of the best dealerships I’ve worked with. My salesman Roman in particular was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive past other Ford dealers to work with Roman again at Corwin Ford.

I went in for my 40k service and an oil change on my Bronco. They did forget to include my spare in the tire rotation like I asked for. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I scheduled the service on their app and 30 minutes later it was in the shop getting serviced.

Amazing communication and speedy service! 2 months ago I needed an engine repair and Juan Orozco was able to help me with the process. He kept up with updates, along with pictures to give me peace of mind! After the engine was installed, my turbo gave out due to previous ownership.
