The cost for the Multi point inspection with oil change it alot of money. Next time I will just get the oil change unless something important needs to be done to the car. Service was good though - there customer oriented and washed my car - that was nice. I hope they let everyone know that they do that when they bring in their vehicle.
Dealership sent people to pick my explorer up and then returned it. Very convenient for us.
Schedule of service was efficient. Checking in was quick. Only complaint was the vehicle "oil change needed soon" message was not reset.

Purchased a used Jeep last week. Jeep was practically new. I was an out of state buyer and worked with Hannah. Easy transaction, got a great deal and was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour. Highly recommended.
Fast and efficient staff with great Service, and evaluated my filter which needed changing. On top of that free coffee which I needed at 7am.
Scheduled work was done on time. Appears to have been thorough. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. My only criticism is that - I asked the attendant why I had started receiving announcements of text messages on my car radio in just the last few months, never before in the 10 years I’ve owned the car. He didn’t know but tried to help me. The messages occur most often shortly after I get in and start the car. Of course, we could not repeat that there in the shop. I had a mobile service come out to give my explorer a recall fix. He was prompt and courteous. My only complaint is he left black tire marks on the driveway. Good option for service.

We visited the Accessories Dept to have them procure and install new remote 2-step running boards on our 2018 F-350 Super Duty Truck. While it did take some time, and several calls for status updates, the final result was fantastic. We ❤️ our new running boards. Open a door and the runners come out and down. Close the door and they go up and tuck in safely out of the way! So easy to use. Thanks, Alan and Miguel.

They do a super good job. They need a little bit bigger shop, but the service department itself when they do fix something it’s fixed correctly. There’s no question about it.
We thought our sales person was pretty good and accomidating. We thought the used sales guy that talked to us about our trade in was rude and unprofessional. We didn’t get a deal and we thought our trade in was a little under valued but bought any way because of your inventory on the ground. Honestly our sales guy is the biggest reason we bought this truck.
Martin was great to work with. My only critique with Corwin is the extended warranty sales pitch. How many times do I have to say, "I'm not interested?" That part was tedious and took way too long.
