Terrible dealership. They sold a CPO vehicle with a bunch of issues and then refused to do anything at all when those issues were brought to their attention. How convenient too that all these issues are not covered by the “gold certified” warranty. What a load of garbage. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer and I will likely never buy another ford.

Very shady experience. They hid the actual numbers for discounts from us until after I picked up the vehicle. They had also told us we were only signing preliminary paperwork when we “agreed” to a monthly payment and would have to redo paperwork when the vehicle was picked up.
UPDATE: The manager gave me a call and offered to make things right. Of course, I can't be exactly sure what happened with the paperwork and promised deals, but they ordered some accessories I was planning on getting for my new Mustang at some point. I was on a mission to purchase this car and drove three hours to get there. I was immediately greeted and then Pablo came up to me and introduced himself. Went for a test drive, showed me the features and signed the papers. In and out in about an hour and a half. Overall a great transaction. I was referred by the Moreau family who have purchased several cars from this dealership.

I honestly went in with the intention to buy a new truck. Our salesman was great, he worked through some very frustrating situations with grace and class!
